A new experience
I found this pouch more comfortable than a regular G-string, and it worked for both underwear and sleepwear. First the C-ring snaps into place around the base of the C&B, securing the bottom corner of the pouch to the body. (The C-ring also has the effect of separating the balls and pulling everything forward.) Next, the pouch folds up over everything and encases it snugly. Finally, it's secured in place using the clasp at the back, like a bra. I got the most comfortable and secure fit by having the C-ring on its loosest setting and the side straps almost as tight as they would go. Feels good, looks good.
