Shipping & Orders

Most orders ship out within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During big sales or Pride season, things may take slightly longer — but we move fast!

Yes! We offer free Canada Post Expedited shipping on orders over $99 CAD — or just $65 if you're in Metro Vancouver. For certain remote or rural addresses, a higher threshold (typically $150) may apply due to increased delivery costs. Any applicable threshold will be shown at checkout based on your postal code.

We ship using Canada Post. You can choose from Expedited Parcel (standard) or Xpresspost (faster). Tracking is included on all shipments, and you'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on most regular-priced items within 21 days of shipping. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact. For hygiene reasons, intimate styles like g-strings, thongs, and c-rings are final sale. Sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.

Email us at with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with a Return Authorization and your options. Canadian customers can request a prepaid return label for a flat $10 fee — or you're welcome to send items back by mail.

Refunds are subject to a 10% return processing fee to help cover handling costs. Exchanges are not — we only charge for re-shipping. If you use one of our prepaid return labels (Canada only), a $10 fee applies and is either deducted from your refund or added to the cost of your exchange.
