Q. When will my order be shipped?

We ship most orders within 24 hours of their receipt. Occasionally, we may run out of stock on an ordered item, in which case we will make every attempt to fulfill this backorder in a timely manner (usually within 2-4 weeks, but sometimes longer depending on the manufacturer).

We ship via Canada Post. We offer 2 shipping methods to addresses within Canada: Expedited Parcel & Xpresspost.

We ship via Canada Post, which passes to USPS. We offer 4 shipping methods to addresses within the USA: Small Packet Air Mail, Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel & Xpresspost. All rates listed are in Canadian dollars.

Topdrawers is not responsible or liable for any taxes or duties that your local customs/imports department may impose. Many countries such as the United States do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain value. Please check with your country's customs/imports department for the rules/rates that may apply so that you are fully informed before placing your order with Topdrawers.


Q. Do you offer any faster shipping options? I need my order sooner!

We have provided multiple options that satisfy the vast majority of our customers’ shipping needs. However, if you have a more urgent need for your order, please contact us via e-mail at service@topdrawers.com to initiate a custom shipping quote.


Q. Are there any countries Topdrawers does not ship to?

We ship to many countries around the world! If your country is not listed among those we list on our website, you are welcome to inquire via e-mail. In some cases, we may be able to ship to an unlisted country. Typically this will involve purchase by International Money Order in US Dollars.

If you wish to place an order, you may inquire by e-mailing us at service@topdrawers.com with your name, address, country and all Order Items (Product Name, Product Number, Size, Colour & Quantity). We will reply to you with a detailed Invoice, including shipping, in US Dollars, and further instructions.


Q. What is your Return Policy?

Exchanges and Refunds require a Return Authorization to be accepted. This process is initiated by e-mailing service@topdrawers.com for a Return Authorization number. Please cite your Order Number and the nature of your request.

Topdrawers will accept returns and exchanges on many non-sale items, except g-strings, c-rings, thongs and other deemed intimate items, within 21 days of shipping. Sale items are final sale and not refundable.

  • Exchanges will be subject to re-shipping charges only.
  • Refunds are applicable to the goods only, and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for returned goods. Any (Canadian) taxes paid on merchandise are refunded, but shipping (and its applicable taxes) is not.

Items must be returned to Topdrawers in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn and unwashed, tags attached and in the original packaging. Once Return Authorization is acquired, merchandise can be sent back to our address (by mail only, not couriers such as UPS or FedEx):

Please include: your order number, your Return Authorization number, and your instructions. In order for it to be accepted, send by mail (not courier), and write "RETURNED GOODS" on the outside of the package.


Q. What is my size? How do the sizes Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), and Extra Large (XL) correspond to my waist size?

Below is an approximate size scale for many, but not all products. Please refer to the product-specific size chart displayed on each product page for the best recommendation. The sizing convention will vary by manufacturer.

Q. The size/colour/item I’m interested in ordering isn’t listed!

We strive to ensure that our current stock availability is accurate when you are ordering your products. If a size, colour or item that you are interested in is not listed, you are welcome to contact us about future availability.


Q. Why are all your prices listed in Canadian Dollars?

We are a Canadian company, located in Vancouver, British Columbia. By default, we list our prices in Canadian dollars, but also provide a way to view prices in another currency with our currency conversion tool. Currency conversion provides an approximation of the price in your currency, based on current world currency exchange rates (that change daily).

All transactions are charged in Canadian dollars; your credit card company (or PayPal) will convert the total into your currency at the bank rate on the day of the transaction.


Q. What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express & PayPal.


Q. Do you accept personal cheques?

Sorry, we do not accept personal cheques as form of payment. However, we do accept money orders and certified cheques. These must be issued in Canadian or US dollars. (i.e. Ensure the US Dollar Money Order is ‘negotiable’ in Canada.)


Q. Does your website offer secure ordering?

Absolutely. Our site meets the most stringent level of PCI compliance and credit card security. Our payment processing is certified to PCI Service Level 1. All services are HTTPS (SSL Security) compliant.


Q. What is Topdrawers’ Privacy Policy?

The security of our customers' information is important. Your information is not for sale or trade, or used for any purpose other than to provide you with excellent customer service. Your information will never be shared with anyone who is not an employee of Topdrawers. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

Topdrawers’ customers may elect to join our Mailing List, which will send weekly promotional e-mails to its customer base, offering news of sales, new products and other announcements.


Q. Is your shipping discrete?

For your discretion and shopping privacy, our packages are marked only with our return address headed by "T.A. Inc" Our packaging is plain and generic. If the package ships outside Canada and must contain a customs declaration, it will read the package contains "clothing" only.


Q. Help! I am unable to access your secure online order form to complete my order! I keep getting errors.

You may be contacting us from behind a corporate firewall or proxy server, or you may be using a web browser that does not support SSL. Try contacting our site from another computer which is not behind a firewall, such as a home computer or upgrade your browser to the latest version.


Q. Do you offer store pickup?

Yes! We offer store pickup at our Vancouver store for our customers. You can place your order here online and pick it up at our retail location. Shop from the comfort of your own home; we will process your order at no extra charge and will have it ready and waiting for you at the shop. We're at 809 Davie Street (@ Howe Street) in Vancouver, BC. We look forward to seeing you!

Q. Does Topdrawers offer a printed catalogue?

Sorry, we do not have a printed catalogue. Our website is our catalogue, providing you with the flexibility and interactivity that a hard-copy catalogue simply can't begin to meet. This way, you always have access to the most current and latest styles and information.
