I teach a customer service course through Tourism BC, and we tell stories about companies that care about their customers and have to salvage damaged relationships, and they have done this through excellent service. You guys are now going to become one of my stories. You've both gone above and beyond just to ensure My computer was working on your site. The email and follow ups are not only appreciated, but totally unexpected. I've written to other web sites "infor@" and have never gotten a reply. With Top Drawer, I got two replies, one from somebody within the company, David King, and one from someone in the web department, Ray.
