Q. When will my order be shipped?

Although we ship most orders within 24 hours of their receipt, in some cases we may not be able to (if for example we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered or most of the items ordered). Most back-ordered items get sent within 2 - 3 weeks, but sometimes longer. If a lengthy delay is not acceptable please advise us accordingly.

Please be advised that unlike many online stores, Topdrawers does not pre-charge for items that are delayed or back ordered. We charge only on the day the items are shipped.




Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses within Canada and it's territories?

We now offer two shipping options to adresses within Canada: Expedited & Xpresspost:

Expedited (1-7) Days:
$9.95    (for 1-3 items)
$10.95  (for 4-6 items)
$12.95  (for 7-9 items)
$13.95  (for 10-13 items)
$14.95  (for 14-20 items)


Xpresspost (1-3 days):
$12.95    (for 1-3 items)

Backorders get shipped Expedited.
All applicable federal and provincial taxes will be charged.



Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses in the USA and its territories and military bases?

US Expedited is now available for small USA orders too!

USA customers now have a shipping choice of either regular Airmail (3 - 10 weekdays) OR US Expedited (4 -5 Weekdays) regardless of order value. US customers have the option of either low price airmail (only for small packets worth up to $300) or Expedited (for orders of any value, even small orders if you want faster service).

Backorders get shipped via Airmail. There are no taxes or duties charged by Topdrawers for orders leaving Canada. We charge only for the items purchased as well as for the cost of shipping.

Q. What are the shipping charges for international orders?

We ship internationally to Western Europe and Asia. International customers please refer to the list of countries below or on the order page to see if your country is listed before you submit your order. If your country is not listed, Topdrawers is unable to ship credit card orders to your country.

If your country is listed, the shipping rate is based on the value of the shipment.

All rates are in Canadian funds, and will be converted by your credit card company into your local currency for your credit card statement.

There are no additional taxes or duties charged by Topdrawers Apparel at the time of shipping for orders leaving Canada. We charge only for the items purchased as well as for the cost of shipping.

NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: All countries have their own rules on import taxes and duties. Topdrawers Apparel is not responsible or liable for any taxes or duties that your local customs/imports department may impose. Many countries such as the United States do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost. Please check with your country's customs/imports department for the rules/rates that may apply so that you are fully informed before placing your order with Topdrawers Apparel.




Q. Are there any countries Topdrawers doesn't ship to?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship credit card orders to all countries. This is because we are not able to verify names and/or addresses in many countries, which we need to do with all credit card orders. However, if you want want to place an order, with payment by International Money Order in USA dollars, you may do so by emailing us at service@topdrawers.com with your name, address and all order items - be sure to include all item sizes and colors and quantities and prices listed. We will reply email back with a total cost, with shipping, in USA dollars. Please print our reply email and enclose it with your US Money Order and mail it to:

When your money order is received by Topdrawers we will ship your order to you via International Airmail.




Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Return Policy?

Topdrawers will accept returns and exchanges on most items, except g-strings, thongs and the C-IN2 sling support line within 21 days of shipping. Refunds are applicable to the goods only. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges. There is a 10% restocking fee for returned goods.  Taxes paid are refunded but shipping is not.

Items must arrive back to Topdrawers in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn and not washed, and in the original packaging.

Enclose a note with: your order number, your Return Authorization number, and your instructions. _Very Important_: in order for it to be accepted write *"Returned Goods"* on outside of package. Send package by mail.




Q. How do the sizes S, M, L, XL correspond to my waist size?

 

Below is the an approximate size scale - please refer to the brand-specific size chart available under the large photo on each product page as some manufacturers' lines fit smaller than others.

Q. Why isn't my size listed for an item I'm interested in ordering?

Only sizes currently in stock are listed, and are removed as they sell out. The system is updated regularly and your size may be available again later. Please email service@topdrawers.com for a specific information about future availability. Occasionally an item you order may be listed as available but if it sells out the same day or shortly before your order gets processed it may need to be backordered.




Q. Why are all your prices listed in Canadian funds?

We are a Canadian company, located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. We list our prices in Canadian dollars but provide a handy-dandy currency converter (on the top-right of every page) that you can use to view our prices in your currency you choose. Note that this currency conversion is updated once a day based on world markets, so the actual price may be out by a few cents.

All transactions are charged in Canadian funds; your credit card company/Paypal will automatically convert the total into your currency at the bank rate of the day of transaction. If payment is by credit card and an item you ordered is not shipped you are not charged for it, and if the item is backordered you will be charged for it only when it is shipped. If payment is by Paypal backorders are prepaid, but any sold out items are refunded through Paypal.




Q. What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

We accept direct credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also now accept payment through Paypal, the largest online payment solution.




Q. Does Topdrawers accept personal cheques?

Please do not send personal cheques as they are not accepted.

We do accept money orders and certified cheques, but please be sure to purchase them in Canadian funds or the US equivalent. Be absolutely sure when you buy your money order that it is internationally "negotiable" (i.e. cashable in Canada).




Q. Does Topdrawers offer secure ordering?

Absolutely. We employ 128 Bit SSL Encryption technology, certified through Thawte, Inc. to convert the data sent from your browser into completely unreadable form while it is in transit.




Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Privacy Policy?

We care about the security of our customers' information. It is not for sale or trade, or used for any purpose other than to provide you excellent customer service. All information provided will never be shared with anyone who is not an employee of Topdrawers Apparel Inc. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

Topdrawers occasionally sends promotional emails to its customer base. You can visit our News Letter Center at any time if you want to update your subscription preferences.

As well, for your discretion our packages are marked only with our return address headed by T.A. Inc. If the package ships outside Canada and must contain a customs sticker, it will read the package contains "clothing" only.




Q. I am unable to access your secure online order form to complete my order, I keep getting errors; what's up?

You are probably contacting us from behind a corporate firewall or proxy server or you may be using a web browser that does not support SSL. Try contacting our site from another computer which is not behind a firewall such as a home computer or upgrade your browser to the latest version.




Q. Do you offer store pickup?

Yes! We now offer store pickup for local customers in Vancouver, BC. You can now place your order online and pick it up at our retail location. Shop from the comfort of home and pay for your purchases with credit card or Paypal and we will process your order for no extra charge and have it ready and waiting for you at the shop.

We’re at 1030 Denman Street. (in the front of the Denman Place Mall) There’s parking on Denman Street and in the mall parkade on either side of the mall. We look forward to seeing you! :)




Q. Does Topdrawers offer a printed catalog?

No, sorry, we don't have a printed catalog. The Internet provides us with the flexibility and interactivity that a hard-copy catalogue simply can't begin to meet and allows us to always provide you with the all the latest styles and information.

However, if you're ever in Vancouver, you're welcome to check out our retail location and meet us in person!
