Q. When will my order be shipped? A. Although we ship most orders within 24 hours of their receipt, in some cases we may not be able to (if for example we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered or most of the items ordered). Most back-ordered items get sent within 2 - 3 weeks, but sometimes longer. If a lengthy delay is not acceptable please advise us accordingly. Please be advised that unlike many online stores, Topdrawers does not pre-charge for items that are delayed or back ordered. We charge only on the day the items are shipped. Q. What is the Shipping Special you are currently offering? A. We're currently offering a Special Lowered Shipping Rate for orders as follows:
Canada: 1- 5 items: $9.95
USA: Up to $150: $9.95
Europe & Asia: Up to $100: $19.95
Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses within Canada and it's territories? A. The Canada Post Xpresspost rates for Canadian orders are as follows:
Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses in the USA and its territories and military bases? A. US Xpresspost is now available for small USA orders too!
Backorders get shipped via Airmail. There are no taxes or duties charged by Topdrawers for orders leaving Canada. We charge only for the items purchased as well as for the cost of shipping.
Q. What are the shipping charges for international orders? A. We ship internationally to Western Europe and Asia. International customers please refer to the list of countries below or on the order page to see if your country is listed before you submit your order. If your country is not listed, Topdrawers is unable to ship credit card orders to your country.
If you don't find your country listed above, refer the next question. There are no additional taxes or duties charged by Topdrawers Apparel at the time of shipping for orders leaving Canada. We charge only for the items purchased as well as for the cost of shipping. NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: All countries have their own rules on import taxes and duties. Topdrawers Apparel is not responsible or liable for any taxes or duties that your local customs/imports department may impose. Many countries such as the United States do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost. Please check with your country's customs/imports department for the rules/rates that may apply so that you are fully informed before placing your order with Topdrawers Apparel. Q. Are there any countries Topdrawers doesn't ship to? A. Unfortunately we are not able to ship credit card orders to all
countries. This is because we are not able to verify names and/or
addresses in many countries, which we need to do with all credit card
orders. However, if you want want to place an order, with payment by
International Money Order in USA dollars, you may do so by emailing us
at service@topdrawers.com with your name, address and all order items -
be sure to include all item sizes and colors and quantities and prices
listed. We will reply email back with a total cost, with shipping, in
USA dollars. Please print our reply email and enclose it with your US
Money Order and mail it to: Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Return Policy? A. Topdrawers will accept returns and exchanges on most items, except g-strings, thongs and the C-IN2 sling support line within 21 days of shipping. Refunds are applicable to the goods only. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges.
Q. How do the sizes S, M, L, XL correspond to my waist size? A. Below is the an approximate size scale - please refer to the brand-specific size chart available under the large photo on each product page as some manufacturers' lines fit smaller than others.
Q. Why isn't my size listed for an item I'm interested in ordering? A. Our stock levels change daily, so we often remove sizes as they sell out. Some products are available on an on-going basis from the manufacturer, and we will be receiveing replacement stock in the near future; other products are available for a limited time only - If there is an item that you're interested in, but your size isn't listed, contact David at service@topdrawers.com and ask him if we are expecting a new shipment for that item. Q. Why are all your prices listed in Canadian funds? A. Because we are a Canadian company, located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.
Q. What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order? A. We accept direct credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also now accept payment through Paypal, the largest online payment solution. Q. Does Topdrawers accept personal cheques? A. Please do not send personal cheques as they are not accepted. Q. Does Topdrawers offer secure ordering? A. Absolutely. We employ 128 Bit SSL Encryption technology, certified through Thawte, Inc. to convert the data sent from your browser into completely unreadable form while it is in transit. Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Privacy Policy? A. We care about the security of our customers' information. It is not for sale or trade, or used for any purpose other than to provide you excellent customer service. A. Unfortunately, due to the tremendous increase in credit card fraud originating from free web-based, non-ISP Email domains such as hotmail.com, juno.com, usa.net and many others, we regret that we can no longer accept orders from such domains that are to be shipped to addresses outside Canada and U.S.A.
A. You are probably contacting us from behind a corporate firewall or proxy server or you may be using a web browser that does not support SSL. Try contacting our site from another computer which is not behind a firewall such as a home computer. Q. Does Topdrawers offer a printed catalog? A. No, sorry, we don't have a printed catalog. The Internet provides us with the flexibility and interactivity that a hard-copy catalogue simply can't begin to meet and allows us to always provide you with the all the latest styles and information. However, if you're ever in Vancouver, you're welcome to check out our retail location and meet us in person! Q. Why don't some of the features of your website work in my browser? A. We've recently added some new Flash-based navigation options to the Topdrawers website developed by CoolIris that make browsing our products a bit more fun and easy - the 3D Wall and the Slideshow. These require that you have the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on your end.
