Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. Although we ship most orders within 24 hours of their receipt, in some cases we may not be able to (if for example we are temporarily out of stock of the item ordered or most of the items ordered). Most back-ordered items get sent within 2 - 3 weeks, but sometimes longer. If a lengthy delay is not acceptable please advise us accordingly.

Please be advised that unlike many online stores, Topdrawers does not pre-charge for items that are delayed or back ordered. We charge only on the day the items are shipped.

Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses within Canada and it's territories?

A. The Canada Post Xpresspost rates for Canadian orders are as follows:

$9.95    (for 1-2 items)
$10.95  (for 3-4 items)
$11.95  (for 5 items)
$12.95  (for 6-7 items)
$13.95  (for 8-10 items)
$15.95  (for 11-14 items)
$16.95  (for 15 -19 items)

Q. What is the shipping rate to addresses in the USA and its territories and military bases?

A. US Xpresspost is now available for small USA orders too!

USA customers now have a shipping choice of either regular Airmail (4 - 10 weekdays) OR US Xpresspost (3 - 5 weekdays) regardless of order value. US customers have the option of either low price airmail (only for small packets worth up to $199) or Xpresspost (for orders of any value, even small orders if you want faster service).

US Expresspost (3 -5 Weekdays):

Regular Airmail (4 - 10 Weekdays):

Q. What are the shipping charges for international orders?

A. We ship internationally to Western Europe and Asia. International customers please refer to the list of countries below or on the order page to see if your country is listed before you submit your order. If your country is not listed, Topdrawers is unable to ship credit card orders to your country.

If your country is listed, the shipping rate is based on the value of the shipment.

All rates are in Canadian funds, and will be converted by your credit card company into your local currency for your credit card statement.

NOTE TO OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: All countries have their own rules on import taxes and duties. Topdrawers Apparel is not responsible or liable for any taxes or duties that your local customs/imports department may impose. Many countries such as the United States do not charge taxes or duties on items below a certain cost. Please check with your country's customs/imports department for the rules/rates that may apply so that you are fully informed before placing your order with Topdrawers Apparel.

Q. Are there any countries Topdrawers doesn't ship to?

A. Unfortunately we are not able to ship credit card orders to all countries. This is because we are not able to verify names and/or addresses in many countries, which we need to do with all credit card orders. However, if you want want to place an order, with payment by International Money Order in USA dollars, you may do so by emailing us at service@topdrawers.com with your name, address and all order items - be sure to include all item sizes and colors and quantities and prices listed. We will reply email back with a total cost, with shipping, in USA dollars. Please print our reply email and enclose it with your US Money Order and mail it to:

Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Return Policy?

A. Topdrawers will accept returns and exchanges on most items, except g-strings, thongs and the C-IN2 sling support line within 21 days of shipping. Refunds are applicable to the goods only. Exchanges are subject to re-shipping charges.

Items must arrive back to Topdrawers in the same condition in which they were sent: new, unworn and not washed, and in the original packaging.

Q. How do the sizes S, M, L, XL correspond to my waist size?

Below is the an approximate size scale - please refer to the brand-specific size chart available under the large photo on each product page as some manufacturers' lines fit smaller than others.

Q. Why isn't my size listed for an item I'm interested in ordering?

A. Our stock levels change daily, so we often remove sizes as they sell out. Some products are available on an on-going basis from the manufacturer, and we will be receiveing replacement stock in the near future; other products are available for a limited time only - If there is an item that you're interested in, but your size isn't listed, contact David at service@topdrawers.com and ask him if we are expecting a new shipment for that item.

Q. Why are all your prices listed in Canadian funds?

A. Because we are a Canadian company, located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

The Internet is a global medium, so rather than deal in a single foreign currency, we list our prices in our own Canadian dollar and provide links to the incredibly handy International Currency Converter on each product page.

The advantage for our fellow Canadian customers is that you don't have to worry about duties or poor exchange rates - the price you see is the price you pay - while our American customers get a significant discount in that price due to your stronger dollar.

Customers outside of Canada are charged in Canadian funds, but their banks automatically convert this into the customers currency for them. So for example, if you are a resident of the U.S.A. and your order comes to $100 Canadian, your bank will convert the $100 Cdn. to about $75 US funds (or whatever the currency exchange rate for $100 Cdn. is that day) and that is the amount you will see on your credit card statement.

Q. What forms of payment can I use to pay for my order?

A. We accept direct credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also now accept payment through Paypal, the largest online payment solution.

To pay via Paypal in Canadian funds, you will need to start a fresh Paypal page, enter grand total of your order, choose Canadian currency, and email to service@topdrawers.com.

Q. Does Topdrawers accept personal cheques?

A. Please do not send personal cheques as they are not accepted.

We do accept money orders and certified cheques, but please be sure to purchase them in Canadian funds or the US equivalent. Be absolutely sure when you buy your money order that it is internationally "negotiable" (i.e. cashable in Canada).

Q. Does Topdrawers offer secure ordering?

A. Absolutely. We employ 128 Bit SSL Encryption technology, certified through Thawte, Inc. to convert the data sent from your browser into completely unreadable form while it is in transit.

Q. What is Topdrawers Apparel's Privacy Policy?

A. We care about the security of our customers' information. It is not for sale or trade, or used for any purpose other than to provide you excellent customer service. All information provided will never be shared with anyone who is not an employee of Topdrawers Apparel Inc. You can review our Privacy Policy here.

Topdrawers occasionally sends promotional emails to its customer base. Please advise help@topdrawers.com if you wish to opt out of our emails.

As well, for your discretion our packages are marked only with our return address headed by T.A. Inc. If the package ships outside Canada and must contain a customs sticker, it will read the package contains "clothing" only.

Q. Why doesn't Topdrawers accept orders from hotmail.com, bigfoot.com, to destinations outside Canada and the US?

A. Unfortunately, due to the tremendous increase in credit card fraud originating from free web-based, non-ISP Email domains such as hotmail.com, juno.com, usa.net and many others, we regret that we can no longer accept orders from such domains that are to be shipped to addresses outside Canada and U.S.A.

As part of our processing procedure, every order we receive is compared to Antifraud.com's list of Red-Flag domains. Topdrawers checks all orders thoroughly to ensure the name and address belong to the person ordering and we reserve the right not to ship to those we can not verify.

To complete the processing of your order, please provide us with an email address that is an ISP or domain based address - ie: one that can traced back to a "real" person.

When you signed on with your Internet Service Provider they would have provided you with an email account. It is this address that we require to complete your order.

We're working hard to insure that Internet Commerce is a convenient and safe option for everyone.

Q. I am unable to access your secure online order form to complete my order, I keep getting errors; what's up?

A. You are probably contacting us from behind a corporate firewall or proxy server or you may be using a web browser that does not support SSL. Try contacting our site from another computer which is not behind a firewall such as a home computer.

Q. Does Topdrawers offer a printed catalog?

A. No, sorry, we don't have a printed catalog. The Internet provides us with the flexibility and interactivity that a hard-copy catalogue simply can't begin to meet and allows us to always provide you with the all the latest styles and information.

However, if you're ever in Vancouver, you're welcome to check out our retail location and meet us in person!

Q. Why don't some of the features of your website work in my browser?

A. We've recently added some new Flash-based navigation options to the Topdrawers website developed by CoolIris that make browsing our products a bit more fun and easy - the 3D Wall and the Slideshow. These require that you have the Adobe Flash Player plug-in installed on your end.

CoolIris is also available as a stand-alone program or as a separate plug-in for your browser, but you don't need either to use the 3D Wall and Slideshow features of the Topdrawers website. All you need to join the fun is the Adobe Flash Player plug-in.

If you'd rather not be bothered to install Flash you can still browse all of our products using the thumbnail images on all of the designer and style pages.
